It aims to reduce stress, pain, and anxiety, and to promote relaxation through products like diffusers or lotions with oils.

Mobile Massage

Mobile massage is a convenient professional service where a qualified therapist brings a portable table, linen, and oils to perform treatments in a client’s home, office, or hotel.
It offers the same benefits as a spa session, such as relaxation and pain relief, but with enhanced convenience and privacy.

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation massage is a gentle, flowing body treatment designed to calm the nervous system, lower stress hormones (cortisol), and improve overall wellbeing. It uses light to moderate pressure with techniques like long strokes and kneading, aimed at inducing relaxation rather than treating chronic pain.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique targeting the deepest layers of muscle and connective tissue (fascia) to relieve chronic pain, tension, and knots.Using slow strokes and intense pressure from elbows, forearms, and thumbs, it breaks down adhesions to restore movement and reduce muscle spasms.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a targeted therapy designed for active individuals to prevent injuries, manage pain, and boost recovery, rather than general relaxation. It uses intense techniques such as deep tissue work, compression, and stretching to address specific muscle imbalances, tightness, and injuries related to physical exertion.

Corporate Massage

Corporate massage is often a 5–30 minute therapeutic session, performed clothed, seated or on a table, provided directly to employees at their workplace to reduce stress and alleviate muscular pain. Common synonyms include office massage, chair massage, workplace massage, and onsite massage.
